      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coach and develop branch leadership and sales representatives to enhance revenue growth and customer experience
      - Implement sales expectations and hold sales teams accountable to established standards
      - Analyze competition and market trends to identify growth opportunities within the region
      - Conduct site inspections and sales presentations while managing key accounts
      - Develop and maintain KPIs and sales dashboards to measure progress and drive performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
      - 3-5 years of sales and/or sales leadership experience
      - Availability to travel 50% of the year
      - Strong communication and presentation skills with a focus on training and coaching
      - Proficiency in Microsoft applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Technical and mechanical aptitude with the ability to instruct and demonstrate product features
      - Experience in developing sales training programs and conducting webinars
