      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to grow the Ohio, Kentucky, and West Virginia sales territory
      - Establish new customer relationships and identify sales opportunities in the market
      - Position Traffic Solutions products effectively to achieve sales goals across various segments
      - Provide outstanding support and service to customers regarding product recommendations and performance
      - Utilize industry expertise to analyze market trends and competition to inform business planning

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4-year college degree or 3 years of relevant work experience in the pavement markings industry or significant experience as a business owner in the construction contracting field
      - Experience in the coatings industry, particularly pavement markings, is highly preferred
      - Strong customer-centric approach with the ability to collaborate and address issues effectively
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office products
      - Technical ability to interpret product data sheets, MSDS sheets, and other technical documents

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in sales within the construction or coatings industry
      - Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit with a strong drive to exceed sales goals
      - Knowledge of scientific and technical journals related to the industry
