      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Hire, onboard, train, manage, and engage a team of sales managers in the designated area
      - Support collaboration between Sales and Operations to align goals and drive performance
      - Lead weekly meetings to monitor performance and focus on skill development
      - Facilitate one-on-one debriefs to enhance communication and identify training needs
      - Monitor progress against revenue objectives and ensure team meets activity standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven history of developing sales colleagues
      - Strong business acumen with experience in management, sales, training, and customer experience
      - Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
      - Preferably 3-5 years of sales leadership experience in a hunting capacity
      - Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience analyzing financial reports in a complex, fast-paced environment
      - Availability to travel as needed
      - Knowledge of pest control services and industry practices
