What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own sales activities within the specified region to drive growth and market leadership
- Identify and pursue business opportunities in existing and new markets using established sales channels
- Develop and implement sales plans aligned with regional, brand, and divisional goals
- Prepare periodic sales reports highlighting successes, participation, and growth opportunities
- Serve as the main contact for representatives in the defined region, facilitating collaboration
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree, preferably in a technical discipline such as Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in consultative/value-based technical sales management
- Experience with water heating/space heating technologies is highly advantageous
- Proven track record of growing market share in technical sales
- Ability to travel to field sites, approximately 50% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in independently negotiating sales activities while enforcing brand policies
- Familiarity with plumbing and mechanical systems
