What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with solar and home improvement installers and contractors to expand reach and foster long-term collaborations
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting financing products and delivering value to partners
- Provide tailored training and value proposition sessions to ensure partners understand and utilize point-of-sale financing options
- Leverage market insights to identify new opportunities and develop strategies for regional growth
- Maintain accurate records and forecast performance of sales activities in Salesforce

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Five plus years of experience in home improvement, solar, and/or consumer point-of-sale financing
- Three plus years of field or outside sales experience
- A minimum of two years of partner relationship management experience
- Strong communication skills to drive a consultative partnership approach
- Ability to drive and execute new loan application pipelines from a book of partners

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Spanish fluency is a plus
