      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Meet and surpass sales and revenue targets for the Midwest territory
      - Accountable for day-to-day sales activities, forecasting, and bid/quote delivery
      - Develop relationships with Key Accounts and increase company presence in the Territory
      - Coordinate with management team to address customer issues and participate in sales events
      - Manage and respond to leads and requests from various marketing activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS Degree or experience in lieu of degree
      - 3+ years as a Sales Account Manager/Territory Manager
      - Comprehensive understanding of aerospace and/or military and/or avionic industry interconnect technologies
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Proven track record in sales growth and Territory/Key Accounts management

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience selling high-speed interconnect solutions and RF components to defense, avionic, and aerospace customers
      - Efficient and process-driven approach
      - Strong track record of customer relationship management
