      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive foodservice sales volume and expand market presence within the designated region
      - Manage relationships with regional multi-unit foodservice chain operators and distributors
      - Conduct regular meetings and sales reviews with broker markets to set and monitor sales targets
      - Develop and present business reviews and customer account plans to key stakeholders
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and support new product development

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, food science, or a related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales and leadership within the foodservice sector
      - At least 3 years of leadership experience, including managing or influencing broker sales teams
      - Deep knowledge of the food industry, particularly in fats and oils, and experience with private label solutions
      - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry
      - Proven track record of engaging customers and driving business growth
      - Understanding of ingredient applications, particularly in baking and frying categories
      - Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently
      - Excellent presentation and communication skills
