What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and manage business performance for the assigned region both short and long-term
- Execute Joint Business Planning with key regional customers and account teams
- Maintain close customer contact to expedite resolution of problems and improve customer relations
- Review and evaluate bottler performance against sales and merchandising objectives
- Communicate regional updates and customer plans to relevant teams for execution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7-10 years' experience in beverage sales and management, preferably with knowledge of the Pepsi Bottling system
- Strong analytic and presentation skills for fact-based selling
- Ability to travel extensively and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal/written)
- Proficiency in Excel, email, and PowerPoint as sales tools
