      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with corporate goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree required with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the medical device or healthcare industry
      - At least 2 years of sales leadership experience preferred
      - Proven experience in hiring, developing, and managing a sales team
      - Strong background working with Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and building relationships
      - Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

      - Experience in a top-level sales performer role within the healthcare industry
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
