      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Exceed sales revenue goals as defined in the current business plan for the territory
      - Maintain and develop the territory's DMP Pipeline, including key account business plans and new dealer prospects
      - Prepare strategic goals and business plans for generating incremental revenue with top dealers and prospects
      - Continuously maintain a personal business calendar with at least three weeks of confirmed dealer meetings
      - Build and maintain professional relationships with dealers and prospects to drive revenue growth

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of five years of sales and territory management experience or dealer-direct selling
      - Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills
      - Ability and willingness to travel extensively via air and automobile
      - Self-motivated with the capability to work without direct supervision
      - Flexibility to perform any job required to satisfy customer needs
