      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive profitability for the Gypsum portfolio by managing territory performance for EBITDA, revenue, gross margin, and market share
      - Collaborate with Plant Managers and regional sales teams to enhance customer interactions and maximize product offerings
      - Develop and implement sales strategies for assigned products and territory while providing market intelligence
      - Mentor and coach team members to enhance their capabilities and performance throughout the sales process
      - Conduct monthly and quarterly analysis of sales performance and customer segmentation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field; advanced education preferred
      - Minimum of five years of sales experience in the building industry or a related field
      - At least two years of experience in managing people
      - Proficiency in Salesforce.com and strong business acumen
      - Ability to operate a fleet vehicle and travel within the assigned geography, approximately up to 50%

      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation and relationship building
      - Self-motivated with a focus on exceeding targets
      - Effective time management and scheduling abilities
