What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets and grow market share
- Ensure superior service to enhance brand loyalty among customers
- Supervise and lead a diverse sales team, motivating employees to achieve performance goals
- Collaborate with location functional leaders to improve overall operations and profitability
- Manage the sales vehicle fleet services and maintain customer relationships through on-site visits
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS in sales, marketing, or a management-related field, or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management or leadership role
- Strong technical knowledge of the fenestration industry
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team effectively
