What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Sell the full line of products and services offered through the Truck Body and Upfit & Services value streams
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve commercial goals within the region
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the region
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with regional partners and end-user fleets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to contribute to cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to act as a subject matter expert in the Truck Body field
