What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a business plan to exceed sales goals
- Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to closing
- Communicate the value of the employer's solutions during the sales process
- Articulate the value proposition to stakeholders at all levels, including CxO
- Forecast sales predictably and achieve targeted sales outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 4 years of quota-carrying Enterprise Security sales experience targeting Security (SIEM & Observability) and IT Personas (CISO/CIO)
- Proven experience with at least one earlier-stage start-up organization
- Demonstrated success in landing 5+ new logos annually and managing complex sales processes
- Experience selling through a channel-led approach
- Familiarity with MEDDIC sales methodology
