What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and achieve annual sales and profitability plans for the assigned region
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Generate new leads through cold calling, emailing, and in-person meetings
- Negotiate pricing for products and services with new and existing direct accounts
- Document all sales activities in Salesforce and represent the employer at industry trade shows
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in regional sales management or a similar role
- Strong understanding of sales territory management and distributor sales
- Ability to travel within the territory 3-5 days per week
- Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to travel by car and plane

- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Proven strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office programs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
