What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop new business through existing IoT relationships and identify opportunities across various vertical markets
- Maintain a target list of potential direct business, VARs, VAMs, agents, and integrators
- Qualify leads through research, interviews, and meetings to drive sales
- Provide hardware forecasts and collaborate with marketing and sales leadership for product feedback
- Train and assist partners in sales and marketing activities while maintaining sales reports in CRM
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 6 years of commercial IoT field sales and sales management experience
- Proven experience in vertical markets such as agriculture, alternative energy, and transportation
- Understanding of the telecom industry, particularly satellite communications
- Ability to travel as needed and work after regular hours

- Experience in scaling business through partners and direct customer acquisition
- Familiarity with NetSuite and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Self-motivated with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proven track record of sales results and revenue growth
