      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Qualify prospective insurance agencies to ensure they meet production requirements
      - Drive the appointment process for qualified agencies, minimizing setup time
      - Onboard and develop new agency partner relationships, leading trainings for producers
      - Conduct business reviews with agency Principals to identify growth opportunities
      - Troubleshoot and resolve partner issues of both technical and transactional nature

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-5 years of experience in a full cycle or post-sale support role with insurance or B2B SaaS products
      - Proven ability to support customers through the full digital B2B product journey
      - Strong problem-solving skills to address customer issues of technical and transactional nature
      - Ability to thrive in a startup environment with a positive can-do attitude
      - Must reside in Texas or the Kansas City area and be able to work hybrid or remotely

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly with agents/brokers of commercial Property & Casualty and Habitational insurance
      - Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn and adapt
