      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and manage strong relationships with independent rep firms and agency networks
      - Expand the employer’s presence and grow the customer base in assigned territories
      - Conduct regular account reviews to ensure client satisfaction and uncover new opportunities
      - Analyze market trends and provide strategic recommendations to enhance sales performance
      - Deliver ongoing training and support to independent reps to help them meet growth targets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in a related industry
      - Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
      - Ability to travel 12–15 days per month to engage with clients and reps
      - Exceptional analytical skills to assess market trends and competitive activity
      - Deep product knowledge and commitment to delivering exceptional service

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working within the builder, developer, or hospitality segments, including multi-residential projects and hotel renovations
