      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage a regional sales force to achieve sales and profit goals
      - Develop and implement effective sales strategies and programs for product promotion
      - Coordinate sales distribution by establishing territories, quotas, and goals
      - Prepare and analyze monthly sales reports and market analyses
      - Collaborate with internal departments to address sales improvement opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of three years of progressive sales experience in the medical distribution industry, including supervisory experience
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
      - Valid Driver's License with no prior suspensions or revocations
      - Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to download and import files
      - Knowledge of the medical industry and eCommerce order entry systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with data analysis aimed at segmenting products, customers, and selling channels
      - Familiarity with trade association meetings and representing a company in a professional capacity
      - Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales campaigns
