What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop a comprehensive business plan to exceed sales goals
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Educate customers on the value of the employer’s solutions during the sales process
- Communicate the value proposition effectively across all levels of the organization
- Forecast sales predictably and meet established sales targets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of quota-carrying Enterprise Security sales experience, specifically targeting Security (SIEM & Observability) and IT Personas (CISO/CIOs)
- Experience with at least one earlier stage start-up organization
- Proven track record of acquiring 5 or more new logos annually and managing a complex sales process
- Experience with channel-led sales strategies
- Proficiency in creating demand within a territory and selling un-budgeted solutions

- Familiarity with the MEDDIC sales methodology
- Strong ability to build enduring customer relationships
- Experience in a remote work environment
- Adaptability and enthusiasm in a fast-paced sales setting
