What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve assigned regional sales goals through effective sales planning and execution
- Manage relationships with broker partners to increase product distribution
- Meet with customers and key decision makers to maintain and increase sales
- Implement and customize sales plans to align with local and regional marketing cultures
- Provide leadership and guidance to sales team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university and 5+ years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 2+ years of leadership experience, including team development and management
- Strong understanding of the Consumer Packaged Goods industry
- Proficiency in customer-focused and fact-based selling, including familiarity with IRI, Neilsen, and Perishable Group data
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel at least 50%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SAP software
- Knowledge of product cuttings and product attributes
- Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Apple software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
