What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop deep familiarity with the employer's platform to address public safety and societal challenges
- Travel to client sites for product education and demonstrations
- Accurately manage forecasting, pipeline management, and company reports
- Utilize MEDDPICC methodology to manage the sales pipeline effectively
- Collaborate with leadership to craft tailored solutions based on customer needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of field sales experience in the enterprise software/SaaS industry
- Proven track record of exceeding $1M+ ARR/year in sales, primarily through winning new clients
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Experience negotiating and closing legal agreements with customers
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and experience in the public sector B2G vertical

- Previous experience in an early-stage tech startup
- Established relationships within law enforcement in the designated territory
- Demonstrated success in selling SaaS platforms to new accounts with complex procurement requirements
