What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop a comprehensive business plan to exceed sales goals
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Help customers understand the value of the employer's offerings during the sales process
- Communicate the employer's value proposition effectively across all organizational levels
- Accurately forecast sales and meet targets consistently
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of quota-carrying Enterprise Security sales experience targeting Security (SIEM & Observability) and IT Personas (CISO/CIO)
- Experience working with at least one earlier-stage startup organization
- Proven track record of acquiring 5+ new logos each year and managing a complex sales process
- Experience with a channel-led sales approach
- Familiarity with the MEDDIC sales methodology
