What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop a business plan to exceed sales goals
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing
- Communicate the value of the employer's solutions to customers throughout the sales cycle
- Forecast sales predictably and meet established sales targets
- Collaborate across multiple time zones, occasionally working outside standard hours
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of quota-carrying Enterprise Security sales experience targeting Security (SIEM & Observability) and IT personas (CISO/CIO)
- Experience in an earlier stage start-up organization
- Proven track record of acquiring 5+ new clients annually and managing complex sales processes
- Experience selling through a channel-led motion
- Ability to create demand in a territory for un-budgeted solutions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with the MEDDIC sales methodology
- Strong ability to articulate value propositions to various organizational levels
