      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Establish and maintain relationships with key personnel at Aftermarket Customers, Distributors, Dealers, and Fleets
      - Achieve annual revenue and earnings objectives for assigned regions
      - Identify new customer and distribution opportunities while promoting the ConMet value proposition
      - Serve as the primary liaison between ConMet and its customers, ensuring effective communication and support
      - Assist with forecasting to support new product launches and inventory management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of five (5) years of sales experience in the commercial vehicle market
      - Technical aptitude and working knowledge of the commercial vehicle market
      - Bachelor’s degree preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in sales within the Class 8 trucking sector
      - Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive market
      - Strong understanding of customer service and support in the commercial vehicle industry
      - Ability to travel frequently within the designated region and across North America
