      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and manage business operations to increase sales, profitability, and market share in the Mid-West Region
      - Oversee the performance of the sales team, providing mentoring and coaching
      - Implement sales and profitability plans while maintaining account plans
      - Communicate effectively with other regions and senior leaders regarding business opportunities and challenges
      - Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - University degree in business or a related field
      - Minimum of 10 years of direct work experience, including at least 5 years in a management capacity
      - Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
      - Demonstrated ability to lead and direct sales forces, including training and supervising employees
      - High level of proficiency with IT systems such as CRM (Salesforce) and Oracle

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the building products industry is a plus
      - Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
      - Ability to examine and re-engineer sales operations and develop new strategies
      - Excellent teamwork and team-building skills
      - Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with key business partners and customers
