      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead, coach, and develop Territory Managers through in-field work, feedback, and hands-on sales training
      - Own regional revenue performance by driving consistent activity and supporting both new sales and account expansion
      - Maintain Salesforce hygiene and forecasting, ensuring accurate data and acting as deal support
      - Serve as the regional voice, providing customer insights and operational feedback to various teams
      - Recruit and develop high-performing talent to scale Territory Manager teams as the employer grows

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong experience in frontline sales leadership, particularly in high-growth environments
      - Hands-on mindset with comfort spending significant time on the road for customer visits
      - Expertise in modern sales processes and methodologies
      - Strong operational rigor with CRM hygiene, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy
      - Supportive leadership style built on accountability, empathy, and high expectations

      - Proven track record of coaching sales representatives to improve performance
      - Adaptability and resourcefulness in dynamic, evolving business environments
