What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for small to mid-sized employers and drive revenue growth
- Cultivate and grow broker relationships to explain joint Health Savings Account (HSA) and Consumer Directed Benefits (CDB) solutions
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations via phone and online conference calls
- Consult with employers and brokers to determine the best product mix and pricing
- Utilize Salesforce.com to manage a large pipeline of opportunities and provide accurate reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a related field strongly preferred
- Proven B2B phone sales experience in a closing role
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with Outreach.io or similar sequence/cadence systems
- Extensive knowledge of the group health industry and HealthEquity products (HSA, FSA, HRA, COBRA, etc.)
- Experience working within multi-state territories
- Strong phone presence and a track record of over-achieving sales quotas
