      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute regional business plans, budgets, and performance targets aligned with national sales strategies
      - Lead and mentor a team of Territory Managers to achieve sales goals and foster a culture of collaboration
      - Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion efforts for the region
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects while supporting the sales team
      - Manage the regional sales budget and report on sales activity and performance indicators

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8-10 years of territory sales management experience in the building materials or consumer durable goods industries
      - 5+ years of successful leadership experience with a proven track record of coaching and developing talent
      - Knowledge of wholesale distribution and pro-dealer business channels
      - Demonstrated ability to strategically grow a sales territory and develop customer business plans
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation capabilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing
      - Strong planning, organizing, and change management skills
      - Background working with home centers and/or specialty dealers
      - Experience in the residential doors category, including interior/exterior doors or related building products
