      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with corporate goals

      - Maintain a robust and balanced forecast of opportunities while monitoring progress
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to close large opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree required with 5+ years of demonstrated experience in sales within the medical device or healthcare industry
      - Minimum of 2 years of sales leadership experience
      - Proven experience in hiring, developing, and managing a sales team
      - Strong background working with Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and building relationships
      - Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

      - Knowledge of the Welch Allyn product line portfolio
      - Familiarity with the posted geographic region is strongly desired
