      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve regional sales objectives related to revenue and expenses
      - Develop and execute regional and territory business plans while implementing sales and marketing strategies
      - Build and maintain key customer relationships and develop mutually beneficial business solutions
      - Conduct regional sales meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
      - Identify contracting opportunities with academic medical centers and other key accounts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant industry/commercial environment, such as pharmaceuticals or diagnostics
      - Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
      - Demonstrated success in managing a sales team of 8 or more representatives
      - Deep domain knowledge of the Diagnostic Services industry, with a preference for Molecular Diagnostic experience
      - Ability to engage in complex selling environments and work independently while managing multiple projects

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience selling Oncology-based tests and services into the Pathology and/or Oncology clinical communities
      - Proven track record of recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent
      - Expertise in healthcare with an emphasis on molecular diagnostics, genomics, biotechnology, and pharmaceuticals
      - Advanced presentation skills and business acumen
      - Familiarity with Salesforce.com for effective sales management
