      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the complete chain of sales activities, including proposals, calculations, and offers
      - Initiate business opportunities with new and existing distributors
      - Travel within the assigned territory to present solutions to customers and close orders
      - Lead and coordinate sales & marketing efforts geographically and product-specific
      - Train distributor sales and technical staff in collaboration with the technical backup team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of sales experience within the material handling industry
      - Technical aptitude
      - Hunter and Farmer mindset for establishing new relationships and closing sales
      - Willingness to travel within the territory and possibly to Europe for training
      - Strong communication skills and ability to work with internal stakeholders and clients
