What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Increase sales by penetrating existing accounts and building new business relationships
- Meet or exceed annual sales targets
- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with manufacturers' representatives to promote and sell products
- Maintain effective communication with the Sales Manager and other departments to support organizational goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Selling, Marketing, or Business is a plus
- Outside sales experience in the Convenience Store sector preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Exceptional customer service and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in the paper, packaging, janitorial/sanitation, or food service distribution industry
- Ability to travel overnight up to 50% of the time
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
