What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop a business plan to exceed sales goals and targets
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Educate customers on the value of the employer's offerings during the sales process
- Clearly articulate the value proposition to various organizational levels, from engineers to C-level executives
- Forecast sales outcomes and consistently meet sales targets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of strategic security sales experience with Fortune Level Organizations
- Proven experience selling to Security (SIEM & Observability) and IT personas (CISCO/CIOs)
- Demonstrated track record of landing and expanding 7-figure deals
- Experience selling to Global 2000 companies and developing at least one new logo from scratch
- Familiarity with channel-led sales motions and the MEDDIC sales methodology
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with earlier stage start-up organizations
- Ability to create demand in a territory and sell un-budgeted solutions
