What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive revenue growth by managing and developing customer relationships within a defined territory
- Define and execute sales strategies while delivering presentations and conducting account reviews
- Collaborate with sales engineers and team members on key opportunities and participate in trade shows
- Maintain account profiles and activity in CRM (e.g., Salesforce) while developing targeted marketing plans
- Implement and execute planned growth initiatives for FY26, focusing on acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an outside sales position
- Experience selling hardware and software solutions in the Networking and adjacent IT industry
- Proven track record of finding new business through direct hunting activities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Outstanding communication skills, including written, oral, and presentation delivery

- Experience working in a channel model supporting and developing relationships with key channel partners
- Introductory knowledge of company products and services
- Ability to develop solutions to routine problems and learn business practices quickly
