      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and achieve annual sales and profitability plans for the assigned region
      - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
      - Generate new leads through cold calling, emails, and in-person interactions
      - Negotiate pricing with new and existing direct accounts to maximize sales volume
      - Document all sales activities and manage relationships using Salesforce

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
      - Proven experience in regional sales management or a similar role
      - Strong understanding of sales territory management and distributor sales
      - Ability to travel within the territory 3-5 days per week
      - Must have a valid driver's license and ability to travel by car and plane

      - Bilingual in English and Spanish
      - Proven strong analytic and problem-solving capabilities
      - Experience with project management and cross-functional collaboration
