      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Source new business opportunities through marketing lead follow-up and independent prospecting
      - Provide accurate forecasting information and weekly updates on opportunity statuses
      - Develop effective account strategies and territory planning to meet sales revenue targets
      - Collaborate with internal team members on deal closing strategies
      - Remain informed of new products and competitive activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of software sales experience or senior living/hospitality technology experience
      - Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
      - Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels, both verbal and written
      - Strong negotiation skills and a motivated approach to achieving sales targets
      - Organized and thorough approach to selling with excellent time management skills
