      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide sales leadership and support to property leaders across a portfolio of 12 hotels
      - Develop and execute revenue generation strategies for local negotiated accounts
      - Cultivate relationships with local Chambers of Commerce and other business representatives
      - Participate in Revenue Management Calls and provide strategic input for performance forecasting
      - Monitor and coordinate hotel social media communications and marketing efforts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Minimum of 5 years of previous sales experience in the hospitality industry
      - Strong knowledge of corporate sales and revenue management processes
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
      - Proven negotiation skills and excellent customer service orientation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Wyndham Brand business negotiated account sales tools
      - Demonstrated ability to analyze customer preferences and direct sales efforts accordingly
      - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
      - Ability to travel frequently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
