What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Call on distributors and OEM accounts within the assigned Northeast and Mid-Atlantic territory
- Regularly contact key and target accounts to ensure customer needs are met
- Develop and implement effective solutions for customer problems
- Provide accurate pricing, product availability, and lead times based on established guidelines
- Manage all customer and corporate communications in a timely manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Marketing
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Sales Support, or related customer-facing roles
- Successful sales experience or customer interface skills to create win/win situations
- Strong interpersonal communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven ability to develop rapport and possess excellent negotiating skills
- Familiarity with Windows products
