      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve channel- and account-specific goals, including volume objectives and promotional execution
      - Develop promotions and trade marketing plans for customers and distributors
      - Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to relationship management to increase distribution
      - Support distributor sales teams and conduct performance reviews with DSRs
      - Analyze performance data and share insights with internal teams to optimize strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in a sales role within a CPG brand/manufacturer and/or distributor
      - Proven ability to build long-term relationships with customers and distributors
      - Experience delivering strong sales growth year-over-year
      - Valid driver's license and access to reliable automobile transportation
      - Must be able to perform physical tasks required for the position

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Beverage experience highly preferred
      - Experience building and developing a sales team
      - Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred
      - Familiarity with selling to various types of retailers and foodservice customers
