      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute strategic sales plans for new business pursuits within assigned market segments
      - Cultivate and maintain strategic customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities
      - Manage customer relationships and maintain a robust pipeline using Salesforce
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with product development goals
      - Provide market intelligence and customer insights to support financial planning and forecasting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
      - Proven experience managing customer accounts and driving revenue growth
      - Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
      - Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer engagement and industry events

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline
      - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
      - Experience in the instrumentation, industrial controls, construction, or heavy vehicle industries
      - Familiarity with instrumentation technologies and complex product offerings
      - Experience working with OEMs or Tier 1-3 suppliers in industrial or transportation sectors
