What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive revenue growth across the territory by developing sales strategies and exploring new opportunities.
- Promote products and services to new and existing customers, identifying sales opportunities and building relationships.
- Support installers with sales and product queries through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Conduct meetings with existing and new customers, targeting 10 meetings a week to build relationships and address queries.
- Collaborate with the distribution network to source new leads and improve understanding of the employer's mission and products.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a technical product sales role, specifically selling Access Control or related products.
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and expand customer accounts effectively.
- Target-focused and driven, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in a field-based role responsible for developing and growing a customer base.
- Based in the South Central region, with a commitment to the travel requirements of the role.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with technical sales presentations and hardware demonstrations.
- Familiarity with the security technology industry and its trends.
