      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned region
      - Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with customers and distributors
      - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers
      - Provide training and support on product usage to customers
      - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategy

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, science, or a related field
      - 3-5 years of sales experience in the safety industry
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with consultative selling and influence management
      - Familiarity with Salesforce.com for managing sales pipelines
