      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive off-and on-premise sales volume, visibility, and distribution across Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, and Mississippi
      - Manage distributor relationships and align on performance plans with key partners
      - Lead, recruit, and develop a high-performing regional sales team
      - Spend 8-10 days per month in key cities to build relationships and drive results at the account level
      - Collaborate with leadership to execute regional sales strategies and marketing programs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of application
      - Based in Nashville, TN, with reliable transportation
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in beverage sales, with regional or distributor management responsibility
      - Strong understanding of off-and on-premise sales strategy
      - Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience selling Beyond Beer, THC, or FMB categories
      - Established relationships with distributors in Tennessee
      - Experience leading field teams or managing multiple wholesalers
      - Familiarity with data tools such as VIP, IRI, and Nielsen
