      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain relationships with reps, wholesalers, contractors, architects, and engineers in your assigned territory
      - Conduct sales calls in a wholesale distribution environment to promote the product line
      - Manage manufacturer representative agencies within your territory
      - Train and educate builders, contractors, architects, and engineers on the product offerings
      - Participate in trade shows and marketing initiatives to drive sales growth

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma required; bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
      - Minimum of 5 years proven experience selling a technology-based product, preferably in a business-to-business context
      - At least 5 years of experience calling on contractors with strong industry knowledge
      - Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
      - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

      - Experience in supporting a rapidly growing account base while increasing sales year over year
      - Self-reliant, innovative thinker, and adaptable to changing requirements
      - Demonstrated computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, ACT, and Excel
