      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive revenue growth and expand market share in the Southwest region
      - Develop and support a comprehensive regional business plan to meet sales objectives
      - Cultivate strong relationships with local and regional sales representatives and partners
      - Lead contract negotiations to maximize sales performance and commission potential
      - Conduct training sessions for partner companies' sales teams to enhance their selling capabilities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
      - Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a related industry
      - Willingness and ability to travel extensively, up to 60%
      - Must reside within the Southwest Region, with a preference for Dallas/Fort Worth or Houston areas
      - Commitment to fostering a diverse workforce

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the construction or utilities industry
      - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
      - Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management
      - Ability to develop and implement strategic business plans
