      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead, coach, and develop Territory Managers through frequent in-field work, ongoing feedback, and hands-on sales training
      - Own regional revenue performance by driving activity and supporting both new sales and account expansion
      - Maintain Salesforce hygiene and forecasting, reviewing pipelines weekly and acting as deal support
      - Serve as the regional voice, providing customer insights and feedback to internal teams and leadership
      - Recruit and develop high-performing talent to scale Territory Manager teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience leading and developing field sales representatives in high-growth environments
      - Proven track record of coaching sales reps to improve performance
      - Strong operational rigor with CRM hygiene and pipeline management
      - Direct and supportive leadership style built on clarity, accountability, and empathy
      - Ability to thrive in dynamic, evolving environments and build systems in a rapidly scaling business

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in consultative or challenger sales models and modern sales practices
      - Comfort with spending significant time on the road for customer visits and modeling best practices
      - Proven ability to adapt and be resourceful in a fast-paced environment
