What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve sales targets for new business sales to contractors and distributors
- Conduct technical training and business planning with strategic partners regularly
- Expand distribution and product sales through existing distributors and recruit new distributor partners
- Build and manage an independent rep sales force to enhance product engagement and awareness
- Prepare and report on sales and territory activities using SalesForce, including maintaining records of accounts and forecasting sales objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in a sales role within a technical industry
- Solid understanding of the two-step distribution process
- Completion of a formal sales training program with evidence of field application
- Ability to travel within the Southwest Region and attend quarterly/bi-annual meetings at headquarters
- Valid driver's license and vehicle required
