      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities by aligning customer needs with business strategies
      - Create demand for products and services, enhancing their visibility among customers
      - Promote product recognition through technical knowledge and market intelligence
      - Monitor customer and competitor activities, as well as industry trends
      - Participate in strategy meetings with senior management to align with customer needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of four years of related work experience in sales or business development
      - Experience within the energy industry, specifically the electrical segment
      - Familiarity with utilities in the USA
      - Valid driver's license in good standing and willingness to travel up to 50%

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or a related field
      - Experience or knowledge of transformers
      - Five to ten years of experience in combined sales, marketing, and business development
      - Experience with CMS or Salesforce platforms
