What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage a team of up to 10 technical sales professionals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel distributors and customers
- Conduct joint field visits with sales reps and distributors
- Deliver impactful presentations showcasing productivity-enhancing solutions
- Monitor sales performance and refine strategies to meet targets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3–5 years of Sales Management experience in a manufacturing-related field
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Deep understanding of cutting tools, metalworking, and manufacturing environments
- Passion for motivating teams and building lasting customer relationships
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the aerospace, automotive, medical, or energy industries
- Proven track record of driving sales growth
- Familiarity with strategic sales planning and execution
- Ability to coach and develop a diverse sales team
